Move-N Software Online Training & Seminar Registration
Our web-based training option is a quick and cost-effective way to introduce new employees of your retirement, assisted living, memory care or CCRC to any of the Move-N modules. Or take a class to refresh yourself on all the ways to use your Move-N programs to increase census, enhance revenues and provide higher quality resident services. Private Classes may be coordinated for your desired date and time, and designed to meet your specific needs.

Marketing

Your trainer will provide an overview of the Move-N Marketing program including information on how to create inquiries; track referrals and handle outside marketing activities; schedule follow up activities; use mail merge; generate reports; and more.

Clinical

Participants will learn how to create assessments; create care plans and generate task sheets; track incidents; record medical information including meds, providers, emergency contacts, etc; document cost of care; determine staffing needs; and more.

Billing & A/R

Get the information you need to easily bill residents for their room rate, care fees, other recurring monthly fees and any ancillary charges. Online training will explain how to capture all these fees to create your resident statements; book payments and adjustments; the billing cycle; generating reports; and more.

All online classes must be paid in advance of the training session unless otherwise agreed.
